Wax amaryllis are natural flower bulbs that are able to sprout and bloom without the need to be planted or watered.
The flower buds, water and energy that the bulb requires to bloom, are already inside. The application of a delicate layer of wax protects the bulb from dehydration, and allows for high-quality flowering.

Andes Amaryllis has its own production of amaryllis bulbs in the south-central area of Peru, taking advantage of the privileged climate of the coast of the Atacama Desert, and the water of the rivers that flow down from the heights of the Andes.
Our privileged soils, and our unique climatic conditions, allow us to offer bulbs that are always healthy, large in size and with a high flower content.
Amaryllis is a native species of South America, which allows us to grow our bulbs naturally outdoors, without the need for greenhouses or artificial heating.
Our bulbs are shipped to international markets using sea freight.
All of the above allows Andes Amaryllis to produce wax amaryllis with a very low environmental footprint.
